Shipping Policy

Please Note:

The Bookish Pandora is managed and maintained by just TWO people, and once your order comes through we start on it from scratch! Nothing, absolutely nothing, is ever ready-to-be-shipped! We make every single order right from scratch! and therefore we request you to kindly be patient with your orders.

 

  •  Shipping Time is TWO MONTHS from the date of your order. Whenever your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email/sms informing you of the same. Once the package is picked up from our studio, you shall then receive an email/sms with a tracking number. Please do track your package and keep yourself available when it arrives. 
  •   Please note that The Bookish Pandora follows a 7 days return policy, after which a return/refund will not be possible.
  • We DON'T ship our items internationally yet. Really sorry about that.

 

In case delivery of an order is delayed or does not happen due to a mistake in the address or the contact number provided by the customer, the customer alone shall be held responsible for it. Once the said order reaches back to our address after failed delivery, The Bookish Pandora may send it back to you, on the correct address or with correct contact number, provided you pay the additional fee of back shipping plus the forward shipping, the second time. This fee may range from Rs.150/- to 200/- depending upon your location. 

The order can not be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided.
